We receive two page resumes from CEO’s and eight page resumes from people with very little experience. The length is less important than the clarity and conciseness of the resume. Bullet point responsibilities for each of your roles are an accessible and desirable format style, and you should only cover the last fifteen years of your career. If you prefer to include the period before that, a brief listing of companies and titles is adequate.
